[amsat-bb] AO-51 Mode on AMSAT Home Page

I added a table of the current AO-51 mode to the front page of the 
website.  My guess is that it will reflect changes two hours before the 
mode actually changes.  If I confirm this with the Control Team I will 
refine the algorithm that computes time but for now I've added a caveat.
