[amsat-bb] PSK 31 ECHO

The only station I copied on the downlind durring the 10:00 pass from EM89 
was K8TL.  I heard him throughout the pass.   I heard another station, but 
could not copy.   I was able to see my downlink.  Had to shift freq down a 
little to hear it.  On
descent I heard muself best at 28.139.50 USB
