[amsat-bb] AO-51 0255-0308z pass over DM65ud and PSK

I was able to hear one or two station faintly on the last pass.  
Although, I was not able to decode.  This maybe more my problem since I 
quickly shoved together PSK configuration and it was no where near 
optimized.

I'll try again on the next pass at 0431z
