Both Outlook and Outlook Express offer message filtering rules, which allow
you to sort on sender, subject, or any text within the body of the message.
For the original subject to which you replied, a subject search on "the
question will always" would allow you to send any message with that phrase
in the subject line to a specific folder, the trash can, or not even
download it from the mail server...
Many other 3rd-party mailers, such as Pegasus, do as well.
