My vote is for a HEO and mode L/S for the following reasons:
Many suffer from antenna building restrictions, even 2m / 70cm
crossyagies are not permitted.
For mode L/S I used a 85cm dish with dualpatch feed.
This kind of antenna is for the general public indistinguishable from a
regular TV-satellite dish. And TV-satellite dishes can be put up without
restrictions in most places.
