The 20 Meter AMSAT Net meets on 14.282 MHz. Start time for the Pre-Net
Warmup is 1800 UTC. Bulletins are read at 1900 and again at 1930 usually.
Occasionally, the bulletins are read only once if we are short-handed. The net meets
only on Sunday.
