Hi Emily,
It was good to hear you on the birds tonight.
I'm pretty sure that I updated the keps a week or so ago, and not much
changed when I did. And, I don't think the SO-50 pass just before AO-51 was
off by that much, although it was a much lower elevation pass (less
doppler).
But, let me scrub things on this end, and see what happens on another pass.

Hi Greg,
It was on frequency for me. Perhaps your keps were a bit old? There has
been a lot of that going on with the change over to SpaceTrack. If you are
used to getting your keps from a celestrak download you might need to change
over.
