[amsat-bb] AO-51 Schedule

It is very interesting to see the new easy to follow "AO-51 schedule" in the
Echo Control Team Schedules and News page.

It would have been much convenient if  the most important 67 Hz PL Tone for
the (V) UpLink was included too. Just a small suggestion!
