[amsat-bb] 38k4 sound files from AO-51

I recorded a wave file and a RAW audio file during the pass tonight.  Both show a good bit of data when played back into my 56002EVM.

Perhaps someone else will find them useful for TNC/DSP testing purposes--I know I will ;)
