Hi Bill and other AMSATs,
The easiest (in electronical) way is a 2m/10m linear
transponder. Like the Spoetniks this is also highly
popular around the world. With around the world I not
only mean USA and Europe (as some hams believe this is
the world :o)
MODE-UV or MODE-VU is also very interresting for a
LEO, and very popular. The higher frequencies, like
mentioned have proplems with doppler and antenna
tracking.
Maybe make a 10m+70cm in and 2m down :o)
Its a bit of everything :o)
