[amsat-bb] Celestrak Keps

I tried using Dr. Kelso's windows based program for downloading data from 
space-track and post processing it to give me keps with the same satellite names 
I got from Celestrak.  (AO-51 instead of Echo, etc.)  It worked great.  Link

You need a space-track logon to use this facility.
