Feb 19, 2005: AO-51 Supported -- If you want to sign QSOs made through 
AO-51, download the latest 
<https://www.arrl.org/lotwuser/config.tq6>config.tq6 file and load it into 
TQSLCERT via the File menu's Load Certificate File command.
