[amsat-bb] AO-51 High power mode

Hi to the BB...

For the first time I worked AO-51 from inside my ground floor apartment.
Couldn't go to the usual site as it was minus 22 degrees Centigrade this
morning in Winnipeg.

Signals were 5/8 to my Arrow and Icom IC-W32A.
