Andy,
I would think from India you would be some wanted DX on HF too! Got HF?
Getting a VU license is not like pulling one out of Cracker Jack.
RX of WX satellites in VU?????
Think some more research is needed!
Took me 1 year to get a license to operate in VK land.
I am sure India isn't any easier.... if you can get one..
