[amsat-bb] Journal Update

Everyone,

I have finished editing the Journal. It went out for review yesterday. Once I
have comments back I will make any corrections and then off to the printer it
will go. Again, I regret the delay.

If you have articles for the Journal please send them to me as soon as
possible. I need them!
