[amsat-bb] Re: AO-51 over EU mode V/S big qrm

Hi all,

tried listening to AO-51 on S band using a 21 turn helix,
modified Drake 2880 at the feed into a Yaesu FRG-9600 with
excellent signals (horizon pass). Also tried a linearly
polarized W-LAN patch antenna and 2.5 turn RHCP helix,
both of which worked impressively. Now to dig into my
box of faded AO-40 experiments for my QBFH and some omni
experimenting :-)
