Technical papers are solicited for presentation at the 24th Annual ARRL and TAPR Digital Communications Conference to be held September 23-25, 2005 in Santa Ana, California, and for publication in the Conference Proceedings. Presentation at the conference is NOT required for publication. Submission of papers are due by August 9th, 2005 and should be submitted to
