[amsat-bb] SGP4 algorithm?

Hi, I was reading the post about a new TRAKBOX with a PIC and I have been 
thinking on it several months ago.
I thought to implement IEEE float point because I didn't know the SGP4 
algorithm sines yesterday, hihihihi...

I have seen the web CELESTRAK but I don't understand so much the SGP4. 
There is a PASCAL Code but
I'm so lost on it...

Can anyone give me a little 'breath' to understand it?
