[amsat-bb] NOVA keps solution

A "workaround" for updating keps in NOVA

I configured the HTTP Remote URL as:

www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current

and changed the "remote files" to:  NASA.ALL

The traditional satellite names are retained and the list is much shorter..
