Hello Freeman.
3 choices.
1) Ask the person to send you a card back via the buro......and wait a long
time.
2) Enclose a 1 dollar US bill. - Put it in between something so it can not
be seen through the envelope.
3) Enclose an 'International reply coupon'..........Not such a good idea as
these cost more than 1 USD from the post office and most people prefer the
dollar.
Good luck with the QSLs

Subject: [amsat-bb] Foreign QSL handling
Believe it or not, I'm sending out my first batch QSL cards in the
twenty-three years as a ham. Out of 105 cards, I have twelve cards
destined for Mexico and Canada. I'm curious what is the best method of
handling return postage for the included SASE(s) for these cards?
I would appreciate any advice folks may have on how to best handle
return postage for these cards.
