[amsat-bb] Downconverter power through coax questions

My 2.4GHz downconverter to 2M isn't working well.  I want to rebuild the DC
power insertion/extraction circuits to the coax.

 

 What would be a good reactance for the coils?

 

  Is there a preference on the capacitors?

 

  I realize this is a simple circuit but, is there a reference circuit
diagram somewhere?
