[amsat-bb] OSCAR-11 Report ... Correction

Ooops!

In Paragraph five, which starts 'At the present time the satellite is in
full sunlight', the last two words ie. 'next year' should be removed.

OSCAR-11 eclipses are expected to continue until the end of April THIS
year NOT next year.

Apologies for the error.
