Interresting!  but if GPS system is designed to show earth moving 
object positions, aside of maps who have to be corrected did any 
structures new position  in affected earthquake area will not be 
calculated at their new coordinates?

Even if the earth twisted and shrink did the GPS will always show the 
changes in positions?  This thread is about what?
