Take a look at FOD-Track...  the interface is very easy to build, and is 
compatible with a number of popular satellite tracking programs.  I made up 
a negative for the board a couple of years ago, and had them made up by FAR 
Circuits.  Sold over 20 of them on rec.radio.amateur.space, built one for 
myself, and might still have one board left here somewhere.  All docs, 
drivers, and images of schematic and PC board layout are available for 
download from AMSAT's web site.
