[amsat-bb] TLE's and Space-Track...

Regarding the (U.S.) governments 'enlightened' decision 
to have users in the USA register with Space-Track to 
access Satellite TLEs'...

Q#1.
Has anybody written a script to automate the process in 
Windows or Linux??
If so, would they like to make it available...??

Q#2.
Would I be correct in guessing that other countries have 
their own sites?? i.e. like Jodrell Bank, etc...
If so, does anyone have the URL's ??
