[amsat-bb] Nice local oscillator project

I see on the Moon-Net mailing list that Darryl, ve1alq
is taking orders for circuit boards for a
LMX2306-based programmable local oscillator which
doesn't look much more expensive to build than a VHF
xtal-based LO, and far more frequency agile.
