[amsat-bb] Emerg Comm congrats C. Harpole

Charles Harpole a professor in FL who is in the region got some great air on 
MSNBC and really went to bat for amateur radio.  He got about 8 minutes of 
air (which is a lot) and was an effective spokesperson for the service.
