At the end of my previous message i aded orbital elements for those
who wants to practice their skills but this part was missing i copy
you here the missing part.
Orbital elements for hundreds of secret objects like Lacrosse are not
available from NASA. An informal network of amateurs has specialized
in keeping track of secret US satellites. Regular accurate positional
measurements are needed for this kind of detective work.
>From another list there is questionning about NOSS satellite receive
on 250.150 apparently they "use radio interferometry (or a similar
technique) to detect, locate and track ships at sea by their radio
transmissions"
