R: AO51 Freq.



Hi Emily

If according to the ITU regulations amateur radio satellite transmissions
are permitted to operate in the 435-438 MHz for space to earth in a country
it do not necessarily means that the national governement of this country
is obliged to allow the national radio amateurs to use the above band for
the above purposes.
