The answer, as with most other satellite questions, is contained in that
excellent publication by Martin Davidoff K2UBC.
   The radio amateurs Satellite Handbook. Calculations fully explained. The
table on page 8-6 gives the following for 2.4Ghz

Satellite height  370 km    max Doppler  61.8 kHz
                        690 km      "       "          57.9  "
