Re: mode L/S



 I'm using a 55L HLP loop yagi located about 120 foot from my transceiver. A 
10 watt  Icom 910H. 100 foot of 1/2 hardline, 20 foot 9913 flex. 4.5 watts 
at FP of antenna. For receive I'm using a surplus offset feed Primestar 
dish, Drake IF on 2m, homebrew helix, DEMI preamp. Total cost of L band u/l 
$1100(used 910H), total cost of S band d/l about $ 87.00.  All 100 percent 
computer controlled, rotor with a KCT card, doppler with SATPC32. I was 
going to put together a portable system, but haven't gotten around to it 
yet....
