[amsat-bb] LVB Tracker Firmware 0.7

Folks

Following a couple of requests I received today, I've updated the LVB
tracker firmware to support the Easycomm I specification and the GS-232 'M'
command used by packages like Logger32.

Thanks for all the feedback! I seems that the only continent without an LVB
Tracker is Antarctica ;-)
