[amsat-bb] AO-51 mode V/S

Hi Reinhard,
I use a separate, receiver only for my mode S downlink. Currently, it's a
Yaesu FT-817 with the mike disconnected, but hope to upgrade to an Icom
PCR-1000 shortly.
The main shack rig is a Kenwood TS-2000x for all the other uplinks and
downlinks.
