Re: ARISS?
You shouldn't have any trouble contacting ISS with a D7 and an Arrow;
people do it all the time. ISS currently operates in one of three
modes: voice, packet, and U/V repeater. The URL you mentioned gives
the frequencies. All you need is to know which mode is operational,
which you can determine by listening and maybe a test transmission.
You can also refer to www.issfanclub.com for the latest mode info, as
well as operating guidelines.
