[amsat-bb] ao-16 digipeating?

I've been copying strong signals on 437.025 when ao-16 is in range. Sounds 
like a buzzing sound on fm.  What kind of signal is that. Would I be able to 
digi a signal thru it with the aprs setup that I use for ISS,NO44,NO45.?
