I have  a question. As the 3.3 Ghz band is close to the receive on the C
Band Satelites and the top of the 5.8 Ghz band is close to the uplink is it
possible for one of the transponders on a C Band TV satellite to be used
inside the Amateur Bands. Could we get a company to donate a transponder for
amateur use? 10 MHz of bandwidth on a geostationary would be a challenge to
fill.
