[amsat-bb] AO-51 QRP mode

Hi to the BB...

It was a pleasure to work AO-51 last night at 03:59 UTC on experimental QRP 
mode. I made two contacts with KO4MA and N5FPP using my Arrow antenna and 
Icom IC W32A. Thanks for the nice contacts. Signals were great.

I wished if we have Echo on this mode during weekends too. This is a really 
good mode tested on Echo for the QRP stations to overcome difficulties 
without disturbing high power stations ( Hi Hi ). AMSAT did a great job by 
bringing up this successfull satellite.

Thanks to the Echo control team for testing this mode for us.
