[amsat-bb] AO-51 QRP mode - success

Wow that was fun.  

Half way through the 0358 pass over DM65, Carl (K5MAN) reminded me that
the QRP mode was active.  I quickly switched over to my 2m J-pole and
dropped my power to 10w.

To my surprise, Aruni (VE4WMK) was on and I finally was able to make a
contact with her.  Thank you Aruni.

Apparent signal strength was lower than usual and the audio sounded a
bit scratchy.  It wasn't until afterwards that I discovered I had a 10:1
SWR on my j-pool - oops!
