 Too bad we couldn't convince Paul Allen to finance the project! hi hi  The
last time this subject came up, it was
dismissed due to the cost of such a project. I believe that those 'in the
know' said it would take 3 birds for worldwide coverage, and ground station
equipment would have to be big and expensive.

It would be nice, though, wouldn't it?
