[amsat-bb] QRP Mode - Bravo

I would like to congratulate the AO-51 Control Team on an excellent 
configuration this ExWed day.  I would like to vote for this as a very good 
mode for everyone.

Because of the orientation of my condo, I was able to pick up AO-51 on my 
base as it came over the horizon and then ran out on my back porch with the 
handheld. Had an extended QSO with K6YK (also QRP) for a few minutes. I was 
using a W32A with an AL-700 whip barefoot.

Bravo - great idea.  The packet folks won't like it, but I think everyone 
has something to celebrate with AO-51.
