[amsat-bb] Echo two channel operation

The Echo second FM channel for low power stations was a success, at least for 
me.  Using an Arrow antenna (indoors and near a ceiling fan) and a Yaesu 
VX-5R and ICOM IC-R10, I was finally able to make a contact with this satellite.  
I had tried several times previously with no luck and was beginning to feel 
like my $$$ contributed for the Echo launch was going toward something I wasn't 
going to be able to use.

Thanks to KO4MA for my first contact and thanks to the Echo control team for 
making the contact possible.
