[amsat-bb] keps for Engineering satellites

We have been asked for Keplarian elements for the CUBESAT launch already
in orbit.  Most need CUTE-1 and XI-IV but I've included OPAL which remains
a good 9600 baud signal source and CAN-X.  If attachments are not allowed
here, give me a buzz and I'll send them to you as file:      engr1025.txt
They come from the engineering area and are dated October 25th.   Cliff K7RR
