[amsat-bb] PCSat-1 with HT.

PCSat-1 is working very well indeed!  I was able to get a digipeat this
morning from PCSat-1 using my Kenwood TH-D7A(G2.0) with a Pryme AL-800
antenna from inside my bedroom this morning.  The time was 20041026113332
according to findu.com.  At that time Nova for windows says elevation 44.3
degrees and slant range of 1069.3-km.  Enjoy!
