[amsat-bb] UO-11 QRV?

Has anyone heard UO-11 recently? I just got a 2G4 receive system in the air
here, and was disappointed not to hear the beacon from UO-11. I was convinced
something was amiss, but just worked AO-51 on L/S mode at 3 degrees
elevation..
