[amsat-bb] AO-7 60+

Most everyone seems to work AO-7 (at least here on the west US coast) at 
about receive frequency 145.950+/-

I've done a lot of listening (of my own signal) at 145.960 + and found the 
gain to be about the same, but the noise lever much less.
