Hi Freeman,
To get the most out of switching between RHCP and LHCP I would
advice you to have two switches.
If you look at FO-29 - on paper it says that both antennas are RHCP
- but in reality it depends upon the attitude of the satellite.
Sometimes I work FO-29 with opposite polarisation on 2 meters and 70 cm.
Even if AO-27 has linear antennas sometimes I get the best result with
opposite polarity on uplink and downlink.
Just my observations.
