I looked at www.ariss.net which is part of the FindU site and the most
recent activity listed was over 8 days ago. The packet operations are OFF
and are planned to return to operational status after the school contact set
for Oct 19. Of course, personal crew operations (very small chance they will
participate in JOTA) will mean packet will return earlier.
