On their web site they refer to a decoding program.
The only data i got are beacon type but there is  long

period of TX 9600 bauds transmitted  by the satellite
with only theses beacon frames decoded. Where the 
telemetry data are ?

our answer : 
via WISP program you ask 'Dir' the root-directory of
Techsat . all "ST??????" files are telemetry files .
One can select and download them.
in site http://www.iarc.org/audible.html 'Techsat
Projrct' select 'WinTelem v1.0' to download and
open/install Techsat's extracting telemetry program .
via this program One can see all Techsat's telemetry
results .
