While on the repeater mode, the ISS crew can listen in on 437.8.  Your 
doppler corrections makes it easier (or possible) for them to hear.  Mike 
keeps the volume up at times and will pick up the microphone to talk to 
people.  When he hits the PTT, the uplink repeat is temporarily disabled.
