Many thanks to those of you interested in earthquake damage here in Central
California. Nothing at all severe here at Cal Poly but some minor damage in
the beach cities to the West. The 6.0 shake was most evident but the two in
the five range were just rolling reminders.
Unfortunately, there were two Norwegian students in the clean room when
the shake hit. They were in their "bunny suits" integrating a satellite for
launch in Mid December. Just outside the clean room were three Japanese
students waiting to get inside. The Norwegian student faces were whiter than
normal and the Japanese students had their feet elevated saying "so what
else in new!!!!" Life goes on at CUBESAT. No permanent damage. Cliff K7RR
